Subscription Information

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Lev'Ani with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. 

By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Lev'Ani to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Lev'Ani will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice. 

As a subscribed Lev'Ani, member, each month we will ship you a package with a different selection of items from various food brands. Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, Lev'Ani cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. On the left side, there should be an area in which you can cancel your subscription. If you canceled your subscription on or after the 15th at 12:00 AM UTC, you are scheduled to get a shipment on the 5th of next month. If you do not want to receive the next shipment, you have a grace period of three (3) calendar days to request a refund. If you are within your grace period, please email us and we will issue a refund. Canceling your subscription does not automatically give you a refund. You must email us.

To receive a box after canceling a subscription, one must have canceled the subscription after they paid for the month. The subscription renews on the 15th at 12:00 AM UTC of each month and boxes are shipped on the 5th of the following month.

If you subscribed and canceled before your first renewal, you will still receive a box because the first month will have been paid for. You will not receive any boxes after the first month. If you have ordered accidentally or do not want a box at all, please email us so we can refund you the payment.

If you're ordering a box that ships the same month as your order (for example you order on the 1st for a 5th shipment), it will not be eligible for a refund due to the quick processing and shipment of your box order. The Keto Box promo code is capable of saving you tons of money!

Lev'Ani will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
